Nikah (Marriage) Services
JMIC offers Nikah and civil ceremonies. We recommend that the Nikah is booked at least 4 weeks prior to the planned date. Note that the summer times are busy times for Nikah ceremonies, so please book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
To book a Nikah, please complete the form below, ensuring that you read through the ‘Nikah Policy and Procedure’ document before proceeding, this can be viewed here.
To book a Civil Ceremony, please contact Slough Register Office at Slough Borough Council.
Fee
The Nikah fee is currently £200 if carried out within the Masjid or within a 2 mile radius of JMIC, with a £100 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
If the Nikah is carried out outside the 2-mile radius from JMIC, travel expenses for the Imam will be the sole responsibility of the families.
